2009 Outside Serac Adventure Film School Costs

Tuition:

This includes film instruction at the Outside Magazine headquarters, film editing session, all course materials, and use of editing computer with Apple's Final Cut Pro.

Students responsible for:

• Travel to and from Santa Fe, New Mexico (October 11 - 17)
• Lodging in Santa Fe (The Hotel Santa Fe is offering students discounted rates)
• Video Camera & Accessories
• External Hard Drive (for media storage)
  
  

Required Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Required Deposit:
Upon acceptance, a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot in the Serac Adventure Film School. Checks should be made payable to "Serac Adventure Films". Class size is limited. The remaining balance of $1,495.00 is due on August 11, 2009 (~60 days prior to departure). If final payment is not received when due, Serac Adventure Films reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below.

Days before Departure:
61-95 days: 30% forfeiture of payment
31-60 days: 60% forfeiture of payment
0-30 days: 100% forfeiture of payment

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal, family or medical reasons. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Percentage charges are calculated on total trip cost.
