Required Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Required Deposit:
Upon acceptance, a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot in the Serac Adventure Film School. Checks should be made payable to "Serac Adventure Films". Enrollment limited to 10 participants. The remaining balance of $1,250.00 is due on April 3, 2009 (~60 days prior to departure). If final payment is not received when due, Serac Adventure Films reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below.

Days before Departure:
61-95 days: 30% forfeiture of payment
31-60 days: 60% forfeiture of payment
0-30 days: 100% forfeiture of payment

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal, family or medical reasons. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Percentage charges are calculated on total trip cost.
